Clifton Park Eye Care Associates has been an established and well known practice since 2003. Formerly located on Plank Road in Clifton Park, the office relocated in late April 2015 to its new location at 1618 Route 9 in Clifton Park. Known for quality eye exams, each patient can depend on thorough and personalized eye care. The practice strives to set itself apart from the norm of retail and mass production optometry offices and optical shops. Reem K. Wlaschin, OD
Dr. Wlaschin has been a practicing optometrist since 1990. A graduate of Case Western Reserve University and The Illinois College of Optometry, she is also a member of the NYS Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. She is a TLC Lasik Affiliate, was featured by Success magazine as a 'Woman of Distinction', and received the "Best of" award for eye doctors in 2010.

Dr. Weaver has been with us since June 2017, and is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He is well versed in the latest eye care technology, diagnostics and treatment. Dr. Weaver is dedicated to providing the highest quality comprehensive vision care, and is currently accepting new patients as well as existing patients of the practice. Patti has been with Clifton Park Eye Care Associates since it's opening in the spring of 2003. Patti enjoys interacting with patients on a daily basis. She is a true asset to the practice and has proven to be one of Clifton Park Eye Care's favorite staff members by many patients. Not only does Patti handle management duties, but she also has a knack for picking out "the perfect frame" for our patients!
